TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, purchasing a ticket, becoming a vendor, or participating in any A’Lure Publishing event, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not participate.
2. Event Participation

All event dates, locations, activities, and vendor placements are subject to change.
A’Lure Publishing reserves the right to update event schedules, modify layouts, or adjust programming as needed.
Participants, vendors, and attendees must comply with on-site rules, staff directions, and venue policies at all times.

3. Vendor Requirements

Vendors must provide accurate information during registration.
Set-up and break-down times must be followed. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of space.
Vendors are responsible for their own equipment, displays, inventory, and payment processing.
All products sold must be legal and appropriate for family-friendly environments unless otherwise stated.
A’Lure Publishing reserves the right to deny participation to any vendor whose products or conduct are deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or non-compliant.

4. Payments

All payments must be made in full at the time of booking.
No vendor space or ticket is confirmed until payment is received.

5. Liability

A’Lure Publishing is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, injury, or accidents occurring during any event.
Vendors and attendees participate at their own risk.
Vendors must operate safely and ensure their booth setup poses no hazards.

6. Photography & Media Release
By attending or participating in an event, you grant A’Lure Publishing permission to use images, videos, and likenesses captured for promotional and marketing purposes.
7. Prohibited Actions

Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.
Vendors may not sublease or share their booth without prior approval.
Unauthorized selling outside of designated vendor areas is not allowed.

8. Agreement to Policies
By completing your registration or purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
